It is unlawful for any person to do any act forbidden or fail to perform any act required in this title. Unless otherwise provided, any person violating any of the provisions of this title shall be guilty of a civil traffic infraction, punishable by a maximum penalty of two hundred fifty dollars. The City Council shall establish by resolution a penalty schedule for each such infraction. (Ord. 2490 § 1 (part), 2009: Ord. 304 § 22, 1963).
