Any person receiving a jail sentence upon conviction in Northeast District Court shall be imprisoned in the King County Jail, Lynnwood Jail, or other suitable jail facility which the City has the right to use by contract or interlocal agreement. (Ord. 1243 § 1, 1985: Ord. 74 (part), 1935).
